- Build a makerspace somewhere so that you can spend time building and experimenting with robotics, having an environment helps do things faster and more focused. inspiration was something like sp robotics lab / robotics youtubers setups
- Inverse Kinematic robotic arm - The arm I built in nyc was very mid because we did not train a model on our movements and actions. There’s a better way to do the movements involving inverse kinematics to mimic very smooth movement where all the 6 degrees move together in parallel to create an illusion of humanness. Very very cool technical challenge I am curious about.
- Automated drones - Building small drones which work paralelly via camera feeds. Interested in the technical challenge of figuring it out.
- Consciousness.engineering - I want to self study neuroscience by myself to help me in future projects like being able to read brain patterns, build human computer interfaces which actually work well with AI etc. The domain was to serve as my creative outlet and a place to post my learnings, research and personal thoughts. Purely a hobbyist and intellectual curiosity project.
- Learning how to design beautiful interfaces and assets so that I can use that skill while shipping products etc.
- An intense desire to study something hard. Like physics or a super high level of math or even like super niche cs stuff which involves a lot of hard work and writing and practice and rigor. Not sure why, I think I just really romanticize studying since I am not and was not forced to do it anywhere like school or college.
- Experimenting with robotics and doing cool autonomous irl things with raspberry pis and simple motors/servos 3d printed things — Kindles the tinkerer inside me who’s been waiting for this for a long time
- Build a racing sim inside home so that I can drive like a retard on a realistic VR game and not in real life
- Build a smart table like ironman’s jarvis table, where you can move things around, type things and then have it show up on the table in 2d space where you can see things ( not holograms but just 2d ) — Physical Desktop literally
- Setup an agent to do my marketing for me since I am not the most inclined towards it. But I understand the need of it and want to learn how distribution works so that I can actually play that game to have influence, be able to sell what I build and build successful products by reaching the target audience. Why else are we building if you are not figuring out a way to get to the people who actually need it and will find value in it?
- Setup a fully automated AI based info business which creates very niche pdf / books / course type content on various topics that we feed it in, and the workflow automatically goes out, does the actual creation of the product itself, creates the marketing material, sets up accounts and what not, and start printing fully autonomously only requiring setup once. ( great experiment to learn how this whole process works and to prove a thesis which might be short lived )
- Research app/agent; you add topics you are interested in and it maintains and updates new sources of information to provide you with the best content on the internet about that particular topic. Creates an engaging feed for you on those topics and updates it based on your feedback and things it learns retroactively
- Puppetmaster - All in One solution to personal agency. contextual personal agent swarm to help you with literally any task in the planet. But my vision was to have it be able to orchestrate execution agents and also agentic context management about the user to provide exceptional insights via memory, catch alls, retro insight generation, cognitive partner etc. almost like a sidekick who helps you with literally everything. Call it Jarvis ffs.
- Live productivity partner - Schedule meetings with it about a particular task and it will sit with you, watch your screen, ask you what you’re trying to accomplish and keep talking to you like a teammate you are coworking with until you are done with the task. Charge per meeting. Similar app exists for studying with people — might be a good market to charge monthly for.
- build a clone of slowroads.io but with a more aggressive look with a porsche, porsche sounds, multiplayer and being able to control drift etc — fun technical challenge + new territory because I have not built games in the past; that too web-based.
- state of mind as an app, simple text reminders and widgets to be reminded of your own insights and quotes which will put you in the right state of mind; give it a feed of interesting quotes you can add to your state of mind and also at some point you can grow from it and fully integrate it where you dont need reminders for it anymore; very simple and nice app to run organic automated marketing with… ( good to practice the shipping muscle as well )
- simplest fucking habit tracker, you can mark things as done or not done. unlimited lists, notifications to ask you whether you did it or not; try automatically checking it from some data source… cool widgets for motivation and data tracking
- AI Screen Time Blocker: An assistant you have to verbally convince to let you use distracting apps, loaded with your goals to remind you why you shouldn’t be scrolling
considering
- Build a “save it for later” tool which acts as a catch all extension to browsers and phones so that when you want to spend time on something LATER, it saves it for you and puts it on your feed with other sources you add so that you can get to it at a later point in time. Integrated with mail so that it sends you digest, and also integrated with instapaper so that you can browse through your instapaper saves as well. Also has a “push this back to me after a week” so that it shows u the tab after a week. ( i have an instapaper api key also now ). Best would be to have it show up on my chrome new tab through an extension so that I can see my consoom later list easily and choose from here itself. This could somehow play well with the research app/agent down below in this list.
- Build an AI coach builder where you and anyone can setup prompts, tools and branding for an agent and they will be able to sell it to people on the app. Deva dot me but something simpler and for business owners to sell custom trained AI personas for their specific requirements ( one time personalized coaching, data trained voice etc )

I want to understand neuropsychology to figure out why we do things that we do; what are the correlation causations that we are unaware of? how do people change over a long term period? Just curious to understand the human experience more

Build an autonomous AI agent finetuned to help you stay productive. It acts as your productivity coach and personal assistant. It does two things - it has full context on day to day work and texts you for updates and also maintains multiple lists. The primary task of this app is to act as a smart assistant to i) off load things from your brain and ii) have a external system to help you get things done by acting as the accountability partner and iii) retroactively catch you on bad practices like super vague goals, analyze reflections to find patterns, and help you set and achieve goals in a much more realistic way. Goal was to help me beat my executive dysfunction but was not shipped due to the same reason ( ironic )
smart todo list.

- Build a workbench website for me to post updates on my different projects and also to post long form learnings; Goal was to serve as a source of external accountability so that I will do things for the sake of writing / creating content about it. ( bench.soulninja.dev)
- Manifestation App - saw that there’s a niche for manifestation which gets a lot of views and might not have a coherent app experience which could be profitable.
- Manifestation Coach - might be able to generate revenue by selling an AI coach for one time analysis for breaking down what the user is trying to achieve through a conversation with the LLM and then generate an analysis pdf for them and charge a few $
- Creating content about my journey through whatever this game “life” is.
- Writing about my past experiences and learnings so that I have documentation for the future. Want to do because of mimetic wants, I personally wouldnt give a fuck about it, but I think it helps other kids in the future and could also prove as a VERY nice place to take a walk down memory lane. So I want to document my journey in a nicer way.
