oracle
oracle is an agent that talks about icm coins on base + solana; it’s super power is to give the viewer (you) the ability to buy the coin when you like the tweet. currently, oracle functions off a list of 20 coins that we’ve added to our DB that subjectively qualify as startup / icm coins. oracle only talks about these 20 coins, and this like-to-buy feature will work when one of these 20 tickers is mentioned in the tweet.
- it should subjectively decide which coin qualifies to be icm
- scan the twitter profiles of founders + teams + community sentiment of the coins we’ve already told it to talk about
- buy the coins it talks about. intent is ROI. so needs to decide when to buy / sell at the right price. accumulate coins when it’s thesis aligns, flip when there are negative news etc.
- ability to do buy / sells based on comments. “@oracle buy 432 of $noice” solved problem on

current definition of icm coins:
- Fairly launched coins (under $500K mcap). No “VC” coins.
- These coins would be mostly launched on: clanker, noice (base) + pump.fun, believe (SOL)
- It’s not a meme coin. It’s not a shit coin.
- It’s a startup / project / software / game etc. something interesting
- Has 1-3 full time team members. could be side projects as well (but v high bar for side project coins. like if the dev is legendary then sure why not)
